I don't think I've ever seen a company with so low prices and quicker support times. I recently bought a VPS from RackNerd (the 2GB KVM promo for 35.99$ a year - amazing price for what you get) and contacted their support to change the PTR record (rDNS) to which they did within 10 minutes! Also another amazing feature of this host is that they don't block port 25 - which is somewhat rare for providers who are actually legit. So far, I would 100% reccomend this service to others looking to get a bang for their buck :)
An excellent company where employees think along with you in a good and serious manner, and understand what you want and mean. When employees cannot figure something out, they admit it honestly and involve another colleague; for this reason, I have had particularly excellent experiences with Anthony, who thinks in terms of solutions, shows flexibility, and holds customer service in high regard.

I signed up for one of RackNerd's Black Friday hosting deals near the end of last year, and I've been very happy with the service so far. My uptime monitors in Uptime Robot have reported 100% uptime since. Although I've only been a customer for a couple of months, the experience has been excellent from day one. Based on what I've seen so far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RackNerd to anyone looking for a reliable hosting provider.
The support I received from Anthony Fye was really helpful. He helped me a lot with the plan upgrade. It was not an easy plan to upgrade because sometimes bureaucracy in business is not helpful for clients, but he really made my life easier. Five-star support from him!
